Shipping policy
General delivery information for end customers:
The delivery period for deliveries within Germany is 2-3 working days (Europe-wide 2-5 working days). The start of the delivery period depends on the selected payment method according to points 1 and 2.
You can choose to pay by PayPal, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, bank transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay or credit card.
1. in the case of payment by bank transfer (advance payment), the delivery period begins after receipt of payment in our account.
2. when paying by PayPal, credit card, Klarna and Sofortüberweisung, the delivery period begins one day after the payment order has been made.
If the start or end of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the start or end of the deadline shall be postponed to the following working day.
Delivery is only made in Germany and subject to the following restrictions and delivery methods. The delivery is subject to the reservation of proper self-delivery.
The respective shipping costs and delivery times to other member states of the European Union and non-EU countries are as follows:
Shipping costs within Germany: Free shipping from 25.00 EUR minimum order value. The shipping costs for orders under 25.00 EUR are 4.95 EUR (insured with DPD).
Shipping costs outside Germany (Europe, Canada, United Staates): The prices depend on shipping zones and weight and are calculated individually in the checkout. Shipping via DPD or DHL parcel (insured).
Online orders outside the EU are currently only possible in isolated cases. If you are unable to select your country in the checkout, please contact us by e-mail.
Shipping to the United States and Canada currently only possible up to max. 10 kg (22 lb) parcel weight.
Returns
Please read through our cancellation policy and follow the steps therein if you wish to return an order to us. The costs for the return shipment (4.40 EUR within Germany) are borne by the buyer. For returns from abroad, shipping must be organized by the buyer. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a return slip in this case.

When shipping to non-EU countries, your order may incur additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.

General delivery information for commercial customers:
Our shipping costs are €5.95 net per package in DE (AT: €12.90 net, CH: €15.00 net). The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and number of products ordered and can only be finalized with the order confirmation from our service team.
From an order value of 300€ net in DE (500€ AT, 1.000€ CH) we deliver free of shipping costs.
Orders with an item from a pre-order will only be shipped complete with the pre-ordered item.
