What material are your products made of?

The components of our eitech metal construction kits are made of cold-rolled steel strip. The surface is then galvanized.

Are the batteries included with your metal construction kits?

Item 00023 (2.4 GHZ RC tractor with trailer) comes with all the batteries required. No batteries are included with item 00159 (electronic construction set).

Do I need tools to assemble the kits?

No. Our eitech metal construction kits arrive with all the tools you need.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

Orders in our online store are free of shipping costs for end customers within Germany from an order value of 20.00 EUR. The shipping costs for orders under 20.00 EUR are 6.50 EUR (insured with DHL GoGreen). In other EU countries and for deliveries to Switzerland, shipping costs are calculated according to weight.

When will my metal construction set arrive?

We deliver within Germany with DHL GoGreen in 1-2 working days. As a rule, our parcels in Germany are delivered the day after the order is placed (as of August 2023). In the EU and for deliveries to Switzerland, the delivery time is between 1-5 working days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, as soon as your delivery is on its way to you, you will receive an email with the DHL tracking number.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within Germany, Switzerland and the EU. 

How can I order from the USA?

Returns / Complaints

How can I return an ordered product?

You can return a product at any time within the withdrawal period (14 days after delivery). You can purchase a return label from us for your return shipment (costs: EUR 4.40 within Germany). To do this, send an email to kundenservice@eitech.de. For returns from abroad, shipping must be organized by the buyer. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a return label in this case.

Parts are missing from my kit. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please send an e-mail to kundenservice@eitech.de stating the missing or broken parts and your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I cancel my order?

We endeavor to ship all orders as quickly as possible. It is therefore possible that we have already dispatched your order and can no longer cancel it. If you want to cancel an order, please send us an email with your order number to kundenserice@eitech.de as soon as possible. We will then check whether it is still possible to cancel and inform you as soon as possible.
